Sometimes I have the feeling I have a terrible barrier opposite me when I begin to write in English, this is the most difficult skill to develop when you are learning a second language. I consider the writing an innate skill, you can perhaps improve it, you can study a lot grammar, how to produce sentences and use puntuation marks, but... what about the emotion? how you transmit it? That´s something that you must have, like any artist, you can adquire the technique but to know how to write and mean what you want to say is terrible!! but.. here I am with my lack of English language knowledge trying it...

Hello, good evening, Raquel, I am Maite although I am publising the blog with my daugther's name because by the moment I do not know how to change it. I would write something in order to improve my writing, but It is so difficult when you feel a kind of barrier in front of you that you can't break, so I try ones again and again, I want to smash that stupid barrier in pieces even sometimes I made a hole, a light comes to my brain as an inspiration, and I got a piece. When I was at school the important thing was no to have spelling mistakes, nobody showed you to write properly, I mean how to use puntuaction, how to explain or transmit a message with an introduction, a development and a conclusion or just an understanding sentence. It is an encumbrance that keeps me from advancing in the writing and of course in my English. It is too late, that's all for today, I thanks you for reading this short writing, good night., raquel.lazaro@uah.es
